In bespoke builds, whether it is a one-off racing yacht, a tightly constrained superyacht tender, or an extravagant piece of deck furniture, you need to be sure all pieces of the puzzle fit together seamlessly - before handcrafting the part.

In many traditional marine environments, the art of handcrafting wooden plugs, direct moulds and composite parts is all but completely lost.
We cultivate the "old ways" and integrate them with modern approaches of computer aided design and manufacturing, 2 x 3-axis milling machines and 1 x 5 axis milling machine.

Certain parts, often used in serial production recreational boatbuilding, like T-Top or Hard-Top supporting pillars, radar arches or main-sheet arches, are approached with this advanced technology.
